well, muv-luv mecha is based on real life jet plane, actually it was weid too for me back then, especially that propulsion system. but the design is so badass for me, that Takemika with sword is so good

sorry for late reply, but no. they are virtual singer / youtuber. the group name is V.W.P. (Virtual Witch Phenomenon), part of Kamitsubaki Studio. They are real people with 2d character that sing and even had a concert. you can go check virtual youtuber wiki if you want to know more about them, I recommend it, because they are really good at sing, each member has a unique voice and characteristic, their song lyrics is good, especially KAF who likes to sing a song about depresional emotion. really love them.

well, that what being a virtual youtuber is.. Because Japan's Idol Culture is so fanatics, u know, like an idols should be a single, a pure young girls just like what fans imagine so that their fans can self insert in any work they do (like fantasizing being with their idol in swimsuit photoshoot, etc). there's even a possibility of a stalker, so they hide their actual identity and do their work as virtual being. but next year maybe we can finally see what kind of person vtuber is, because that new Japan's law about invoices.

@@reinahimeragi3952 yep, seriously. they need more attention from western youtubers. im disappointed at the lack of that. I see a lot of reaction videos for vtubers who sings, but they're only really popular because they are vtubers. the girls of VWP and Kamitsubaki Studio are real singing talents, and they need more love from the rest of the world.

This is good and fits the animated scene about Takeru's battle, while VWP is more about Takeru's emotional state. both are good imo.

@@shiroganetakeru233 I'm kind of glad it's not in this. It's an amazing song, and I feel this animation is too sub-par for it. There are definitely still frames worthy of, "You look kind of cool, Naruto." I don't even feel the studio gets the lore either. Some things I personally feel could be off are things like the scattering birds at the hive. Nothing grows there, so why do birds gather at a hive where there's no food? The TSFs launch off a run-way even though that would be akin to suicide by laser.

I feel like this song is really good as opening and fits the visuals

I know Hajime Isayama once said that he was inspired by several series including muv-luv when he made the attack on titan series, but I just heard that Sumika is Mikasa's role model. Now that I think about it, their personality is quite similar

It's also hinted in the Eps. 6 S2 anime when Takeru said and think deeply about how he feels toward Sumika the connection between 2 world (or should I say "someone" brain) react to that, and he able to back to the Alternative world, and then meet with 00 unit.

well yeah, the lyrics really describe Takeru's feelings, especially in season 2 where the emotional peak of the Muv-Luv series occurs. V.W.P really made a song that fits Muv-Luv, season 1 opening song (Rinne) was great too.

True.. both Meryl and Frigg's attack is on the ground, it's difficult because it becomes vulnerable to laser seraph attacks from above, in Frigg's case we can still avoid it with her unlimited dodge attack but when the seraph shoots the laser on the floor below... it's over

@@reinahimeragi3952 I managed to beat it after getting Frigg's trait (4000 points) on reset. That's all it took since the CC becomes not a problem anymore and she doesnt waste your time. Good luck if u get her again
