Girl, i just have to tell u sum. Using CeraVe caused me to breakout like crazy and I use Laposay cleanser, and the sunscreen + moisturizer combo. I cleaned my sheets every week on friday or sat. I also stop touching my face and used a beauty roller and use that alot on my face. I know this isn´t talked about in the video, but i just wanted t help you out! ❤❤

Just a suggestion without trying to be disrespectful: put a small amount of rice into a cup with water overnight and then use that water after cleaning your face twice a day. Be sure to moisturize afterwards. I keep mine in the refrigerator. I hope it helps.

Hi Sis! You're beautiful. Keep your head up. You got this. 💯 I know what you're going through. My battle with acne started at 11 years old... I had cystic acne all over my face. I saw many dermatologists. I tried doxycicycline, all cyclines (lol), birth control, topical creams, etc... My final derma suggested Accutane. Although the 6 month process was tough, I do not regret it. Cleared me up, beautifully. However, over time, (let's say 1-2 years after), my acne began to resurface. After researching, I took a holistic approach. No dairy. No whey protein. No peanuts. No excessive processed foods & processed sugar, especially no junk food like potatoes... And I take a probiotic... I pay attention to how my gut/body/skin reacts to food. Those adjustments keep the acne away or under control... Also, I see an esthician every 2 months for a facial... I also get a VI chemical peel 1-2 per year... Also, I do weird shit (lol) like only use bottled water & face cleanser instead tap water... I try to stay away from skincare with fragrance in it, which is a challenge. I don't even wear perfume or body spray because it triggers a breakout for me... My go-to right now is Benzoyl for any active that appears. Zaps it right up in a few days. I say all that to say, I relate to you. I know how you feel & what acne does to people psychologically. You truly are pretty. It'll clear up. Find a good black dermatologist or any good derma that cares about their patients. The final one I had was black, and he changed my life. 💓💓💓

Dickinson’s Witch hazel with rose water & vitamin e facial toner 2x /day can be found on the facial aisle @ walmat works wonders followed by aloe gel left on face for 30 min rinse face with very cold water followed by rose hip oil & castor oil (a little goes a long way). Makeup is the worst for acne prone skin. You are beautiful without the makeup!!
