Está bien si necesitas ayuda, medicamentos, un terapeuta, etc. ¡Estoy aquí para todos y cada uno de ustedes! Comparto un poco de mi testimonio y espero dar más detalles en el futuro, si Dios quiere. feliz navidad mis amores.
In this episode I talked about mental health. I think it's very important for anyone to talk about it, but I think Christians need to be more open about it. It's okay if you need help, medication, a therapist, etc. I'm here for each and every one of you!
