+Isaac Lopez What that "relay" was, was the resistor kit that comes with the blinkers. I read the instructions, adding that resistor kit doesn't stop the running light, there is a wire you have to cut on the resistor in order to cut off the running light. What the resistor does is slow the blinker down if you were to add on higher power lights to the bike, such as a LEW integrated brake light or HID/HALO lights in the front of the bike.
