I think that this video and similar videos that I've seen may be of work/training being performed at vocational schools. This might explain repairs being done on wrecks that seem to be beyond what makes economical sense. I am impressed by the improvisation employed to complete complex tasks with primitive tools. For example: the Pakistani drill press - a hand drill, a chain, and a cheater bar. Keep up the good work, gentlemen.
