Neujahrs Training im fertigen kleinen Dojo Raum. Neu ist die Shoji Schrankwand und ein flaches LED Licht um mehr Platz zum Schwert schwingen zuhaben.

Am 14. und 15. September 2024 findet jeweils von 11 bis 17 Uhr im Römerpark Bergkamen das 6. Internationale Römerfest statt. Besonderes Highlight des Wochenendes ist das 20-jährige Jubiläum der Gladiatorenschule „Amor Mortis“. Daher wird eine Vielzahl an Gladiatoren erwartet, die beide Tage ein fast durchgängiges Programm mit jeweils vier Kampfvorführungen in der Arena bieten.

I noticed that you are rather athletic, do you do weight training or is it the fact that you regularly train with the katana that has strengthened you?
Sometimes I go to gym but I think my triceps is big because of handling the sword 💪

Nice! This Kata is just called toyamaryu from the Yamabushi Kenjutsu ryu. But I just like to try everything and mix it together like a strong cocktail 🍸
