Haole Bros (Hawaiian Bros Island Grill) if you sincerely had Aloha and 'Ohana at the core of your operations there is absolutely no way you would ever trademark terms such as "Eat Hawaiian" or "Aloha Spirit" You wouldn't have a pending trademark status on "HOME OF THE PLATE LUNCH" when clearly know Hawai'i is the home of the plate lunch! Why would you steal those from the people of Hawai'i. If Aloha and 'Ohana were the core values of your business there is absolutely no way you would ever consider exploiting the Hawaiian culture as you have been and currently are. You would never mock OUR culture as you've done in the past. If Aloha and 'Ohana were a core value of your operation you wouldn't disrespect OUR culture by perpetuating it in such a false context filled with pineapples, fake lei, grass skirts and dish names of sacred spaces like Kilauea & Molokai. If Aloha and 'Ohana were your core principals you wouldn't continue ignoring the community as they speak out to you, you would address and make the necessary changes to better align with what Aloha and 'Ohana truly represent. I’ve just found your channel and I love how sweet and funny you are. I’ve been buying from Temu for a year and a half and it’s been a great experience. If the order arrives late they immediately give you a$5 credit. About returns I use the USPS option because I can schedule a pick up so I don’t have to move from my home. Anyway, most of the time you get to keep the items and get a refund. Something many people don’t know is the “Price Adjustment “ feature. You have to click on each order to find the button because it doesn’t appear in the list of all orders. You can get adjustments for up to 30 days. I mainly use the online site instead of the app to avoid the hassle of the “ roulette “. The online chat is also great. If you ask the bot for a representative you get transferred to one immediately.
