This is a short video of a somewhat automatic wheat farm. It requires some labor but I'm working on improvements!

This is my most recent wheat farm. There is room for improvement but this is my favorite farming technique!

Start with 300 sit-ups, transition into 50 toe up extensions, then 200 sit-ups, ending with 100 toe up extensions.

Start with 100 sit-ups, transition into 100 extended sit-ups, then to 50 toe up extensions, followed by 50 explosive toe ups, ending with 3 minutes of bicycles. DO NOT REST INBETWEEN TRANSITIONS.
