l don’t understand what this ordinance is trying to achieve other than sweeping the homelessness problem under the rug. I’ve worked with a homeless ministry in Dothan for almost 4 years now and I can tell you from experience that this is not the way to help the homeless. Many have said they will leave Dothan, but others have no choice but to stay because they have no way to leave. So they have to risk a fine or jail time if they can’t find a place to sleep.

Police officers can ask for your I.D. all day long. But, absent a crime being committed they cannot arrest you for failure to I.D.

How dare they take video of cops violating rights and committing crimes. I'm surprised they didn't delete them for exercising their rights. Cops hate law abiding citizens. The majority of criminals just happen to be police officers.

It’s great to hear this story but unfortunately the new dictator ruler of America has promised on camera to give police complete immunity so any progress that has been made by auditors is going to be wiped out. Every dictator needs his Armed Forces so the abuses that are regularly inflicted on innocent citizens will happen even more often now.
