I will make a comment - what a ridiculous idea to cover water areas so the birds or other wildlife can’t access the water. If you are so concerned that you want to cover an entire water area like this - just drain and get rid of the water altogether. Or have a small area that water can drain into a large tank. I can’t believe we have our army doing this when they could be doing something else more beneficial for wildlife. And then I think of millions of these if stupid black balls, etc just floating around and ending up in nature, or ending up in dumps, in the ocean with all the other plastic trash. Here we are trying to clean up plastic waste and some company is adding to the issue. Cover it in some method that can be pulled, burned or have it go into a tank. Sheeze!

If the time off should be shorter or something. iam using your config, only the woodpecker on as its my only problem, and only one predator on, with x long time off and working 24hrs.

The power consumption is low, thus, a very long cord (gauge 14) may suffice to go 250 or 300 m away from the power outlet. This is true as long as a gadget that consumes significant power is not added. The BidXPeller itself consumes power no more than an average radio, much less than a TV set.

Nice but we need to hear it. The other issue and probably the biggest issue is hawks,eagles and owls going after poultry. It needs to have a motion sensor that detects birds from about 15-20’ in the air then it makes the sounds so the thing is not making sounds all the time. That would drive people crazy. So the motion detection is most important and then add it so a nice solar panel so that it doesn’t need a plug to be used in fields and pastures.

What a useless video. He mentions nothing about whether or not the 'ultrasonic' sound waves are audible by humans, if those sound waves are constant or only when triggered, whether or not moving trees in the wind can trigger it, whether or not the deer become immune to the noise after multiple visits, how this thing is mounted, etc etc.
