Honestly besides the fact you’re a BEAST how are you playing an indoor kit inside?! I realllllly wanna level up my playing from an E-kit to an acoustic but the NOISE!?
You get used to the constant ringing of the ears
@ it’s more the family members I share the house with, they think my Ekit is already loud and thunps through the floor. An acoustic is just insanely loud they’d never let me get one 🤦🏼♂️
You should try some silent heads/cymbals and some basic room treatment! Even a garage with a space heater will do you well! I recorded this while I was house sitting, and I didn’t have a consistent practice spot to play. If you have the will, there’s always a way!

Just started listening to this song on repeat the last few days. I love the bass and drums on this track. Gunna cover the bass and thought maybe I can do the drums on a pad. After watching this, ya right... I don't think I'm wired to do drums I can't even mimic along taping my fingers on my desk.
A lot of it is dynamics, which I can see how it wouldn’t translate over that well. Can’t wait to see your cover!!
