Hi. Anchor are for plaster wall, and plaster wall only. You do not need anchors when the wall is made of other materials. This wall was made of chipboard. With chipboard you can mount it directly on the wall. Other kind of walls you need other kinds of plugs. This TV is still hanging safe.

Hi. No you cant use any box unfortunately. Usually when something is wrong it's almost every time the TV, not the box, that is the problem.

Hi. Thanks. It's compatible but only for the same size TV. So if you are getting a bigger or smaller the frame you have to adjust them a little bit to the side. The length between the brackets is different with each size.

@@oslotvmontering only difference I see is that although you don’t screw wall mount to the stud, there is a metal stud between left and right screws of the wall mount. Mine will not have any metal stud within the length of the wall mount, the wall mount will be exactly in between two metal studs. Will that have an effect on the strength of the wall? Would you still only recommend 4 screws?

@@ruiengana I always use 4 screws on this mount, no matter the size of the tv or what kind of wall it is, always 4 screws. You dont need more. I mounted the G4 65" again earlier today, and again 4 screws.

Hi. I very common question when mounting this TV. Only 4 screws on a plaster wall. Because of the small size of the wall mount more than 4 screws will actually make the wall weaker.

@@xavierdelange5341 Hi. Check the cables. Usually then its not flat its because a cable is not in the correct spot behind the TV.

Yes maybe it’s also that 4 new audio quest cables are still to rigid. And those 2 cables clip on the back from LG don’t stay closed even with some tape

@@Z11980 You can adjust the TV when it's mounted, try to adjust the TV all the way to the left and then all the way to the right a couple of times, sometimes that will help.

@@oslotvmontering I’m installing a wood slat panel over a drywall, and an 85” TV that weighs around 90 to 100 lbs. I’m planning on locating the studs before installing the wood panel so I know where to drill for the TV mount. any tips?

@@eliasmontanez Hi. Just remember to mark the studs good, write down where they are, the moment the panel is on you will not find the studs again with a stud finder..

Hi. It depends on the distanse to the TV. I have a this tv in my kitchen and the bottom of the TV is mounted 1.4 meter up on the wall.
