My copies of EoS and ToD were the same! EoS being floppy and ToD being a literal brick. It made the tandem read more annoying going from floppy to fingers aching from holding the book open. LOVE your videos, you're the best ❤

I went in with intentions to tandem read but I actually vibed really hard with ToD and I read all of it in two sittings then had to go back to EoS and I didn’t enjoy it as much

ok girl i have so much to unpack in this comment... first off you're a queen... second, I am currently reading the third book in the windy city series (caught up) and GIRL, when i tell you its become one of my favorite series thats an understatement... third, when i found out that you have a ROLE MODEL tattoo i started listening to him because i was like 'there's no way he's THAT good that she got a TATTOO for him', but im glad to say i was proven wrong... he is that good, i literally fell in love with his music, now i need to know what your tattoo is...

How do you keep making these amazing videos.. Like girlfriend I’m supposed to be cleaning my room but I can’t cause I gotta watch this😭 I do think you should totally do a reading challenge where Siri tells you how many pages you should read in a day. Like for 5 days or something just ask like “pick a number between 1 and ___ (how many pages are in your book)” Then like the next day do it from where you ended on your book to the end❤❤ I hope that makes sense😭😭

I forgot how much this book KILLED me until now! The ending hurt me SO BAD because it WAS flat. That’s how it was MEANT to be. We’re meant to see that life isn’t fair and people aren’t always recognized and that even the people in the world who try the hardest, deserve the best, and sacrifice everything still don’t always win. That sometimes, a win is actually just another form of defeat. And it always makes me wonder HOW MANY REAL PEOPLE were “non-active members of the order,” so to speak. How many TRUE STORIES are brushed under the rug of history that nobody knows about. The paper cranes also seemed symbolic to me, and I don’t know if I can phrase this right, but they almost represent the moment where there’s no going back. There’s been damage before, but we see this little, seemingly insignificant symbol where it’s realized that the damage CANNOT be reversed. There WILL always be parts that are scarred and burned from this experience, for both Draco and Hermione, and it shows just a tiny, sentimental object as the moment where we fully grasp as a reader that they’re not coming back the way they were. They’ll never be those people again. And it just… aghhh!! It hurts so much!! 😫😭😭💔 (Sorry for the in-depth analysis-I’m an English nerd and could literally write ESSAYS on this book! 😂)
