I am a sociopath and people think we are just cruel but it is not our fault…😢 it’s caused by all the trauma and constant buildup of anger that causes us to lose empathy and remorse because we’re too focused on trying not to hurt people but quite often we can’t do that because it hurts to much to just hold it in so we let it out by yelling or punching something or someone but we never want to do those things so I started going the therapy and now I’ve gained control over my emotions but I still don’t have emotions for other people and I can’t form true bonds and it really sucks😢
