Beautiful movement. I wonder if any of you practice martial arts as a supplemental discipline to your dance? I see movements similar to capoeira and baguazhang.

What is spiral training?
Spiral training is contemporary dance technique developed by Tristan Robilliard & Laura Lamy around the movements of the spine through spirals, allowing the body to explore dynamics and versatile flow.
I'm going to have to look into their work father. Though I don't dance much anymore, I still use what I learned from it, to stay healthy. Flowing movement centered around the spine has to be good for the body.
