Where the Tides Play
Shades of the sun,
Gather behind the shadows,
It’s where the tides play,
In the evening.
It’s where I go,
To enter stillness,
Detox my heart,
As the sun fades.
Seeing the world,
In a last ray of light,
Brings new and ancient paths,
Together.
There’s no need for permission to evolve.
It’s a form of faithfulness,
To keep going, even when things are left.

As the sun goes down,
