The main beneficial and hardest thing sbout retention is doing it long term minimum 5 years non stop then u will understand that holding it in becomes a character more then a liability and urge.The one month or even 6 months aint cut out for the body and once u go past a year u will see that discipline becomes concrete but u have to worshio every day to avoid temptation at the same time otherwise u will be temepted especially if u not isolated from society .😮
