Dtf doctor I need help soo badly. Please please help. For whatever reason after so many kinds of cleans my ink (yellow only) isn't flowing and won't print at all. Everything else prints perfectly fine minis yellow. Mind you I've done so many different kinds of cleans as well

Where did you get your guard? Have gone through 2 sets that don't quite fit - slight 'lip' at bottom edge of guard keeps it from easily/completely snapping down over the area where the FFC cable goes in. Both sets broke when I tried to snap them down. Waste of time and money. Very frustrating.

Now adding the metal between the sensor is genius. My vendor told me I had to place a wire and let the heads come back. It never worked for me so I just did syringe on top and syringe on bottom. I’ll try it TY.

Will this allow me to print on thicker cardstocks or boards if I do this? I want to print on 2mm board (a4 or a3) but the maximum thickness the printer will allow is only 1.3mm according to Epson's website. Thank you.

Does this tray change the maximum thickness of material you can use? I'm not interested in the DTF conversion but looking at printing on thicker boards like 2mm in thickness. According to my research, this printer can only accept up to 1.3mm thick board through its rear feed. Thanks.

Any ideas? I removed the ink from the tanks and dampers, replaced ink in tanks now nothing prints. Blank pages… do I need to put in the dampers? If so how? It’s the Epson et8550

you should have your ciss system on the same level as the printer to avoid flooding. with it up that high too much ink will flow down into the printer.

@DTF Doctor great video! What type of inks do you use and what printheads does your printer have? I would like to do the same on my printers but I don't want to cause any damage. I have printers with UV inks and Epson XP600 print heads. Thanks!

Can you tell us which product you use as a wet capping humectant and if you know how to make us a video of cleaning the correct print head and possibly the cleaning to go on vacation for 3.4 week it would be nice. thank you very much and good luck for 2024
