I am reaching out to you today on behalf of Nyampa Larso Association having thousands of members around the world. This association made by Tibetans who live in different countries to save Tibetan charter or Tibetan democracy.

We are trying to shed light on a crisis unfolding in our governement in exile in Dharamsala. The effects of the pandemic on the running of our government have been disastrous and the diaspora is now divided on matters of due process.
