Freddie and The Dreamers Dont Do That To Me
I have always loved him he put his arms round me ONCE and sang YOU WERE MADE FOR ME that was 60 years ago in a shop in Harpurhey Manchester
I've heard a few renditions. I like Stevie Vann's but this is my favourite
My dosen't Freddy resemble Dick Biondi.......
Лл Юб😊
This movie (Out of Sight) used to be on TV fairly often when I was a pre-teen. I taped the song with my Take n Tape tape recorder by putting it up to the speaker on the TV. It was my favorite song ever.
This a James Ray tune. George Harrison bought the album with this tune when he first came over the USA, before the Beatles came. Also on that album was "Got My Mind Set On You".
It was written by Rudy Clark, who also wrote "The Shoop Shoop Song (It's in His Kiss).". Obviously, the kids here are lovin' Freddie's version!
Cool oldie❤❤❤❤
0:57 I saw this crying girl in the Beatles concert
……..she got around .
Yupp,same blonde HDN(1964)perhaps....🤔
Yupp,same blonde in HDN(1964)perhaps...🤔
This must be one of the earliest aerobics classes....
Did they ever play the Birmingham odeon?
March 30, 1964 - Hippodrome, Birmingham May 6, 1964 - ODEON, Birmingham September 29, 1964 - Top Rank (Dale End) Birmingham (Now 'The Ballroom')
@@NGT-eb2oy brilliant knowledge. Thank you.
@@johnvoice815 You're welcome.
I hope the whole band had a brilliant time during thier mega success.
These timeless pieces of musical history must NEVER be lost.
Who is this beauty at 1:41
Old ladies crying
0:19 looks like john lennon
Freddie !!!!!!
What on earth... this was a great song (by absolutely everyone else who ever did it)... this version is horrific.
Black Tie did a slowed down version which brought out the sad elements of the song. ua-cam.com/video/AVJW0B0i7_A/v-deo.html
all those girls would be in their 80's now. Sad but love Freddie if it weren't for you tube would not have these great videos/ memories!
Jolly tune. What ever happened to those female go-go dancers?
Супер!
Born on this year.
Shortest song ever?
Por qué hay escenas de The Beatles??
I go All funny reminising
LOVELY VOICE and GREAT MUSICIANS to mess about as they often did and play like they did took a lot of skill .
Another one oF his songs I love🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹
Loved this song🥀❤️🥀🥀🥀🥀 ❤️❤️❤️💗💗💗😇😇
This was best i scene love crowd. Even older folks love it
This was great scene in THE MOVIE OUT OF SIGHT 1966
sadly they chose to do clawnish numbers, otherwise, they were very good musicians.
0:19 that’s the Beatles. I believe it’s a scen in their movie: A Hard Days Night
0:57 is also from a Beatles film when they were singing “She loves you yeah yeah yeah”
You can blame Richard Dawson (Hogan's Heroes & Family Feud) for this subterfuge, as he was one of the producers of the 1966 film OUT OF SIGHT, in which this video appears.
Does he look like Buddy Holly you think?
Brilliant singer sound track of my childhood
Go all funny over u!.🏵️🏵️🚤🚤🚤🏵️🚤🚤🚤🚤🚤🚤🚤🚤🚤🚤🤷🤦🤷

That's called " an oldie but goodie " ........The song and the performer...........
Derek, my Ice Cream was identical to Freddie, always thought it was him 😂
I always loved their zany dance routines :)
Just fab
Co written by guitarist Derek Quinn
Who was a terrific guitarist. Very underrated.
I guess it beat driving a cab.
😂
I just don't know how they got away with the Beatle clips in this movie?-or did they???-Anyways my favorite Freddy song and Another Ultimate addition to my British Invasion Playlist!! -sending this out to all the girls who made me Funny in my tummy
Just a fun, upbeat song from a simpler time. I love the dancing girls.
Remember when the 1980s revived this dance aerobics thing? lol
On this day in 1964 {May 1st} Freddie and the Dreamers were scheduled guests on the British ITV network television program, 'Ready Steady Go!'.... At the time the group's "Over You" was at position #44 on the United Kingdom's Official Top 50 chart, that was also it's eleventh and final week on the Top 50, eight weeks earlier it had peaked at #13 for one week... Between 1963 and 1965 the Manchester, England quintet had nine records on the U.K. Singles chart, four made the Top 10 with "I'm Telling You Now" being their biggest hit, it peaked at #2* {for 2 weeks} on August 29th, 1963... Besides "I'm Telling You Now", their three other Top 10 records were "If Got Gotta Make A Fool of Somebody" {#3 in 1963}, "You Were Made For Me" {#3 in 1963}, and "I Understand (Just How You Feel)" {#5 in 1964}... Leader Freddie Garrity passed away at the age of 69 on May 19th, 2006... May he R.I.P. * The two weeks that "I'm Telling You Now" was at #2, the #1 record for both those weeks was "Bad To Me" by Billy J. Kramer and the Dakotas...
