Okay first thing you said is that it's been it's 11:00. Okay and the dog has been barking for 3 hours straight. This is what you do if the hotel staff won't do anything about it. Then you take your phone you call the local authorities tell them you're concerned about the person in the room because their dog won't stop barking and they're not doing anything about it Ted asked them to do a welfare check on the person in the hotel room. Due to the dog being in there that is the reason the staff members of the hotel or motel will not go in there because it does put them at risk of the dogs aggressive. The call in the local authorities and Animal Control they will come out and go in their hotel room to see if the person is okay. And if you're on the ground floor go look through the window.

I work hotel,,and i did a welfare check on customer the elder lady took her life, cause she lost her husband a week earlier..its sad what you see in hotels
