If you want an unbeatable plot twist, I'd recommend Behind Her Eyes by Sarah Pinborough. Pretty slow plot imo but totally worth it at the end! I've been having a hard time finding a better twist lol.

Ugh same, I've been in a terrible reading slump. Even though I liked Babel, I couldn't even finish it 💀 So much for our buddy read!

Hey thanks for the video. One thing I like about your recommendations is yours doesn't have the common list for Hi or Low series like LOTR, GOT, HP. PJ or WOT. From what you recommended, I think I would like the "The City of Brass" as it's different. Specially about the culture where we don't get that much. Anyhow, I'm in the middle of WOT which is massive. But most probably I would start the City of Brass in the middle of it. Thanks again and have a great day. Looking forward to your next video.
