Yesss actually I didn’t post but I lost till 65.5 And I went to home town for festival for 10 days And I ate like crazy without a limit & no workout 😢😢😢😢 In 4 kgs, 2 kgs is water weight mostly, 2kg is definately fat!😢

@ you did a great job by loosing weight right how can someone gain weight in 10 days it is really shocking for me so always it’s is mindful eating I guess I am still shock 🧐 I feel really bad 😰 some people eat everything but they are fit but even we smell air also we become fat I guess 😥
