Calculating the Annual Percentage Rate for NANR
This powerpoint presentation shows the step-by-step calculation of the Annual Percentage Rate of North American Natural Resources ETF.
As a high school student, you may have completed Geometry proofs. I created a 12-minute video illustrating NANR would be a safer investment rather than a limited partnership.
However, just like any investment. Past performance is not indicative of future results. I am a licensed mathematics teacher. I am not a licensed certified financial planner. God bless to all of our US veterans and those who are currently servicing this grea...

Baseball is a Team game with a lot of individual moments! These were two very awkward videos to watch; based on the behaviour of Mitch Williams and Lenny Dykstra and the boorish loudmouth drunks in attendance, it certainly looks as though this was an open bar event. As melodramatic as some people try to make it out to be, one player does not win or lose a game, much less a six game World Series. There are a lot of little skirmishes that go (mostly) unnoticed before the last battle. Circling back to Williams, in the 1993 regular season he appeared in 65 games, posted a respectful 3.43 ERA, won 3 games and saved 43 more on a Team that won 97 games. He played a pivotal role in 46 of the Phillies 97 victories that year, which is a very impressive 47% plus participation rate! In the NLCS vs the Atlanta Braves, which the Phillies won 4 games to 2, Williams won 2 of those games and saved 2 more with an incredible ERA of 1.69! How much more can a Closer do to help his Team win a play-off series? And, the Braves had an incredibly good Team that year, despite the fact they won a remarkable 104 games to clinch the NL West, the San Francisco Giants made it tight as they finished only 1 gamed behind ‘em. In the 1993 World Series vs. the Toronto Blue Jays, I was fortunate to be at Game # 2 where Terry Mulholland beat Dave Stewart to tie the Series at one win a piece. As for Mitch Williams, he saved 1 more game and lost 2 and in the eyes of some fans will always be remembered for being the guy who gave up Joe Carter’s Game # 6 dramatic walk off World Series winning home run! Before criticizing and placing blame on Williams for the Phillies losing the Series, I encourage you to take a closer look at all the games played and see where opportunities were squandered, plays that should have been made and were not and a couple of Philadelphia losses could have / should have been wins. Game # 4 stands out as a prime example. The Phillies Starting Pitchers gave them two quality starts in six games, Shilling had the other. If you checkout the stats of their Pitching Staff for the World Series, both the Starters and Relievers (including Williams’) you will see they were terrible, to say they were awful would be an understatement! The Starters faltered as did the Bullpen; Manager Jim Fregosi did not have much choice but to keep giving the ball to Mitch in part because he was their “Go to Guy” who was instrumental in getting the Phillies to within two victories of becoming the 1993 World Series Champs. As the old saying goes “The girl you take to the dance is the one you take home”. It would make for an interesting discussion on which Toronto Blue Jays World Series Championship Winning Teams were the better of the two, the 1992 or the 1993 Club. The ’93 Team had the top three leaders for the Batting Title Crown in Olerud, Molitor and Alomar. Four future Hall of Famers were on the Team (Alomar, Molitor, Morris and late season pick up Ricky Henderson). Others like Dave Stewart and Joe Carter are close but not quite Hall of Famers and they were rounded out by good to great position players such as John Olerud, Carlos Delgado, Shawn Green, Tony Fernandes, Devon White and pitchers Pat Hentgen, Todd Stottlemyer, Al Lieter and Duane Ward. Mitch Williams took the ball in the toughest of situations and came up short. This happens! In interviews I have seen and read, “The Wild Thing” never shies away from discussing Carter’s homer, makes excuses nor blames any of his Teammates for losing against Toronto. We should never lose sight of the fact Williams was one of twenty-five Philadelphia Players who battled through a long regular season to win the NL East, beat a tough Braves Team to win the NL pennant and faced the defending World Series Champions for all the marbles. In the end, the Toronto Blue Jays as a Team were better than the Philadelphia Phillies!

Seriously Vance, I read your dissertation prior to the spelling errors. We don’t need to read your MLB history lesson from something I videoed & posted six years ago. Furthermore, It wasn’t Mitch Williams’ fault that the Phillies lost the World Series. Roger Mason should never been taken out of games 4 & 6. The Blue Jays had a great offensive lineup. Mitch Williams (who is an upstanding human being) had nothing left in the tank. Phillies fans knew that and so should have Jim Fregosi - facts.

I hope the crowd didn't pay to see this abortion of a roast. Its 2 idiots who can't let anything go after 20 plus years. Neither is a model human being so why does it need to be explained to an audience that they have both made mistakes ? Why drag the public into their squabble ? Lenny was on Stern yesterday and doesn't seem very smart so he was fortunate to have ever made millions. Mitch calls a little boy a pussy -alledgedly - and argues with an ump at a kids game until he is ejected so how smart can he be ? They both got lucky and made some cash, now please go away !

I was so glad to see Williams leave the Cubs. I remember one of his first mound appearances in the 9th inning, he came in and walked the bases full. Then he struck out the side. I turned to my friend and said, "We don't need this kind of drama." Well it sounds like the drama still follows him. What a crybaby douche.
