I just got a dell 3060 and the monitor blinks on and off sometimes , I can't get the dvd drive to work .

You cannot install mny cards on this machine. The pci only supports 25watts so need card that uses this amount or wont boot up. Most pci slots have 75w power, not sure why 8200sff is only 25...
