I guess it depends on where you live. Onions can be sown as seeds for onions next year. I always plant "seedonions" that are tiny in order to get big ones in the autumn. I would not manage to get big onions from a seed the same year. And I believe it takes another year for the onion to set seeds.

How does it behave if you’re not recording? For your crops, without a fence around that area it could be the stupid birds - I had that happen over and over - use either a fence or a scarecrow.

Pick the bottle brush , make a billy boiler thing (workbench? And make tea for health. When you get a keg it makes bottled brush which is even better!

Before you go down in the mines store your money in a storage box. You will lose one-third of your money along your tools will loose one-third of there strength.

Go out and harvest fruit and bring it back home. You can plant them using a shovel and grow a ton of fruit trees. Get more energy from fruit by cooking it in a fire. Go to Fletch's tent and on the right-hand side grab a sleeping bag for free. Carry it so if you get dangerously low on health you can drop it and sleep.

Just a tip. You can set the bug down on the ground. Select the bug you want. Press the select or action button and the bug will be set down in a clear cage. Don't worry they don't die or need feeding. You can save them to sell or give to Theodore in the museum in exchange for points. You can do the same with fish. They set down in an aquarium.
