Do you prepare the night before?
For this one i prepared everything the morning of but you could definitely prepare the night before and just put everything in air tight containers especially the fruit because that will be prone to enzymic browning once cut

First pull the glass jars forward and put on a shelf riser so you can see what’s in the back row. Second put all extras in a bin behind glass jars.

the demonstrations are useful. and i never like to be negative. however, the hair and constant touching of your hair is off putting and not food safe. I would tie the hair and wear a scarf.
Totally agree, please tie the hair up. It’s really off putting. Good video, but could have been great without the hair issue. So sorry, but you did mention hygiene in the first instance. 🤦🏻♀️🇬🇧
