In this video, we are providing laser cladding technology to prolong tool's life of coolant coil that will be using in corrosive and erosive condition. The base material is Hastelloy C-276. HVOF Coating Cylinder Chrome Replacement

The process of HVOF Coating by Venture Engineering. In this job we decide to use HVOF Coating as a replacement of Hard chrome because of the damage depth is estimated around 1 mm. NiCrBSi 60 HRC HVOF Coating did the job successfully. Grinding was followed to make surface roughness to 0.1-0.2 Ra. The machine have been running for more than 4 years and counting :)
