This is the second day in a row we've seen this "Night Owl" train in daylight. Have to wonder if they've changed their schedule on this train. This is the first time we've caught all time freight trains in daylight. Those trains are: 238, 239, 170, 171, 178 and 179.

NS 239 is seldom seen in daylight unless it's running late. This train runs from Columbus to Cincinnati. Lately, they've been tacking on manifest cars behind the intermodal cars.

NS 171 seemed to be having issues with it's train when it reached MP 189 at Snyderville. It spent some time there and eventually was able to move west. Once it reached Fairborn, it stopped, and turned out its lights. After awhile, the headlights came back on and it started to head to Dayton.

    Didn’t have any FN Pool I was n Country. Gooks walked an recorded the Whole Base. Then passed it on to the VC. They Mortared the Base with the info. The Pool probably had Agent Orange in the Water! Great Job the Idiots did to us. All for Nothing! We are idiots for going to Nam! ,

    We only have 6 scheduled trains per day, two of which are intermodal that normally run in the dark. Coke and grain trains run on occasion as well as a local as needed.
