The Saab was doing 60 - 65 mph in a 70 zone in the left lane not letting anyone pass. Every time the Dodge got close the Saab would brake check him. Then the truck got an opening.

The Saab was going faster than the traffic in the right lane so it's 100% the pickup driver's fault. If the Saab was going equal or slower than the traffic in the right lane, then it's would be the Saab so fault.
not true, when someone is going faster then you in the left lane and they are behind you, you have to get over. but i think the saab didnt even have time to get over, so the dude in the truck was being a dick

5183adam He was trying to pass the SUV. All the Dodge did was be an asshole by passing on the right, cutting him off, and not allowing the Saab to pass the SUV on the right. The truck was 100% at fault here.
