Congratulations on that pickup! It is a fantastic fragrance that still smells great, has above average performance, and really gives me a nostalgic feel!

Wow, that should last you a while! I only have one bottle that large (a newer D&G Pour Homme) and it really looks impressive on the shelf! I can’t speak to if it’s been watered down or not (although I certainly don’t doubt it), but it comes across as very pleasant to my nose and doesn’t smell overly dated at all. That’s awesome that you saw that though! I always get a kick out of viewers watching older videos. It was very cheap when I picked it up, probably in that $20-25 range. It is a solid fragrance for the price, and it does remind me vaguely of other tobacco and citrus scents, like even D&G Pour Homme. Has it been discontinued? I’ll have to look into that. If so, I’ll have to pick up a backup bottle!

Hey my friend, thanks for the note. I have always been interested in pretty much the exact same thing. A couple that I’ve found that are in the same vain would be Aramis Tobacco Reserve (which unfortunately again, has been discontinued, although you may be able to find it on EBay) and something called Demeter Pipe Tobacco. That one is just basically a one note fragrance but smells pretty realistic. The whole Demeter line is pretty interesting and they are very affordable (less than $20). Although the Aramis scent is great, I would imagine it’s pretty expensive, so I’d recommend checking out Demeter first. Thanks for taking the time! 👍

I haven't seen full bottles anywhere online for less than $200, so I went the cheap route and picked up a bottle of Insurrection II Wild by Reyane Tradition for about $25.00. Not a one-to-one clone of Mugler, but close enough for government work- especially at that price point.

@@fragranceprofessor I don't think you need to get Supremacy in Oud if you have Oud For Glory, they are both clones of the Initio Oud For Greatness, and both are considered the best clones of the Initio. Unless you just want to try it. I had ordered two by mistake and kept the second one because it was so fantastic!

I had a few travel sized bottle decants a few years ago and have been considering getting a full bottle. Do you think it’d be worth picking up if you already have a lot of boozy fragrances or would it be redundant in your view?
