2 comments. 1. it would not hurt you to make the video 60 seconds longer rather than flashing through shots so quickly. 2. a video should add more than what is already available as pictures on the listing. It should help give us a sense of how the house flows, and the general layout. Neither this nor the 79 pictures give me any indications where the kitchen is in relation to the living areas. The pizza oven is left looking like an afterthought at the back of the house, as I have no idea where it is in relation to anything. (Was half expecting to see a washing line in front of the pizza oven). I am definitely not buying a house like that for the bare concrete ceiling out of some dystopian brutalist dream, or the face brick wall made from the ugliest cheapest bricks. No! That would be fixed before I ever moved in. What is going to interest me is the area (great), the available space and landscaping (sort of covered) and the general layout (terribly covered). I need to know what I am working with.
