Do you have a link to the "send better email" package? I cant find it

The fields I fill from the text collection all have square brackets around them, not sure exactly what's causing that.

How do I find which recipient list a List Email was sent to? My List Emails page in SF only shows me the Name, Owner Alias, Scheduled Date, Status, but not the recipient list. Without knowing the recipient list, how can I find and remove a contact? I have to open each List and search for that email address?

At about 1:40 it should be the Field Definition, not the Entity Definition.

Hi there - I've followed this great example and for some reason, am getting an error in the Get Records: Field Definition step, as follows: Find all FieldDefinition records where QualifiedApiName Equals Days_Payment_Due_in_Advance__c AND EntityDefinitionId Equals {!Entity_Definition.Id} (000000000000000AAA) Store the values of these fields in Field_Definition: Id Result Info Failed to find records. The Object is Account, but the picklist is a custom field so I fee like it's not related to being a managed field. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Easy to follow tutorial! Thank you! Two questions: 1. For expired sandbox CA-signed certificates for Communities / Experience Sites, would replacing with a Self-Signed certificate suffice? 2. What is the expectation if the certificate expires particularly if is for a sandbox Community/ Experience Site? Will admins no longer be able to log in?

Hi @Cloud Adoption Solutions, I have a certificate which is expired. I have the org id and no longer work for that company so I don't have access to it. So how do I proceed with certificate renewal?

Excellent. The related questions I have is "what is the downside of leaving it expired?" Or just deleting it? Assuming I don't have SSO, don't use an external service provider other than SF, and I don't have apex code that communicates with external servers.

It keeps on loading and not working at all. How to get this resolved? Any idea would be helpful.

Nice video Cory. One additional item that helped me is figuring out that you can change the "Don't create an opportunity upon conversion" checkbox to default as true. This option can be found under Lead Settings. For our business it made the most sense for us because the bulk of our qualified Leads were valuable and should be converted, but did not necessarily have an active opportunity at the time.
