The ONLY way Jesus saves is by being a sacrifice for our sins, to appease the wrath of God. That's what the Bible teaches; I don't care what any other source teaches. The wrath of God is coming - it's called the Great White Throne Judgement. The ONLY way you can escape the judgement of God on that day is if the blood of Jesus was applied to your life, to atone for your sins. Without that, you literally don't have a prayer on that day.
