@@mikedavidson2117 I believe that there is a 5v adapter for the Snap-On probe and the power probe.

@@JosephMejia-gi7hv Hey Joseph, thanks for your great comment. So with Snap-On’s ultra probe, the downside is that it has a 1/2 second delay when looking for voltage which can become an issue when diagnosing intermittent issues. The plus side is that it has the option to measure amperage, and also supply a selected amperage range, which is great for measuring amperage draw to suspected components. Personally, I’d get the power probe 3, and the ultra probe. Power probe for intermittent issues and the ultra for more in depth diagnostics. I have found that the power probe 4 or maestro doesn’t provide too much more options for heavy diesel. Also, you may want to look into AES wave’s U-scope, which is a one channel oscilloscope. It is not too in depth, but it’ll get you used to looking at waveforms, not too expensive either. Remember, each and every tool has its time and place. And as you buy tools, play around with them to get to know them well, capabilities and limitations. May God bless you.

Es muy bueno. Nada mas hay que saber sus limitaciones. Una cosa que tiene es que al momento de usarlo para buscar voltage, se pierde un segundo de tiempo en reaccion. Esto seria un problema la momento de buscar un problema interrmitente.

@@antonioorozco4896 thanks brother changed fuel pump and sending unit on old Chrysler 300 and needed to swap out to new electric plug I thought sure when I cut wires of old one all wires were different colors but ends up 2 of them are blue with white stripe I should have done one at a time lesson learned
