I just did a trail run 5k in Wisconsin and now can totally relate to the trail runner and road runner. Trail runner is sooo much more different than road running. It’s still fun though!

Do you know by any chance how responsive/hard they are compared to jump (triple/long) spikes? I am trying to find spikes a bit less agressive on the tendons compared to jump spikes but still have support so md spikes looks to be a good compromise.

How does this compare to the MD-X spikes in your opinion over all the distances ranging from 800-5k? Also I don’t mind the non-removable spike aspect of the MD-X.

hey this was a really well explained review, there isn’t tons of reviews on UA-cam, but I’ve heard great things about this spike, would you say I’m able to use it in a 800m, 1600m and possibly the 2400, I’m a middle school athlete and run 2:10 for 800 meters with dragonfly’s but I would like to explore other spikes, would you recommend them? great work new subscriber !

I needed to hear this and it helped me feel so much better. Ive had healh problems the last 5 months. I had just gotten a job and apartment pryer to that. Beforehand i was homeless for over 15 yrs. Everything is going down hill. Im months behind on rent. My electricity is going to be turned off. Iknow God has a plan. I will never give up hope as long as hes by my side. This made my day ty so much for this. I may lose my job and home but i know theres a reason. I know God wants best.
