Kyoto in 2 Days | The 5 Minute Itinerary
Kyoto was my favorite city in Japan-- an incredible hybrid of beautiful nature, serene temples, great food, and a wonderful cultural experience. We spent 2 days and had the best time. Some highlights as shown in the video are below :)
Food:
- Kaiten Sushi (in Gion)
- Kijurou (in Arashiyama)
- Fresh Toro at Nishiki Market
Sites:
- Fushimi Inari (I recommend going at night to avoid crowds)
- Kiyomizu-dera
- Tenryu-ji / Arashiyama Bamboo Forrest

The Art of Music | Realities of Being a Full-Time Artist
Переглядів 9114 днів тому
I don't know where I'd be today without music, and my little brother EJ inspires me everyday with his pursuit as a full-time artist. Beyond the pure passion and beauty in creation as an artist, there's also the harsh realities, challenges, and struggles that come with the territory. I'm so proud of EJ and all of his strides he's made in his journey go stream his new song Peonies, out on all str...
Switzerland - 7 Cities in 7 Days | Full Itinerary

Switzerland was an absolute fairy tale, and this is my family's full 7 day itinerary traveling across the country visiting over 7 cities. This country might've been the cleanest and safest country I’ve visited, with some of the freshest water, efficient public transportation, and some of the most beautiful, serene landscapes I’ve ever seen. I can't wait for you to visit :) 0:00 Intro 0:48 | Day...
Lessons From Home
Переглядів 53Місяць тому
Coming back home is a weird feeling. My self reflectiveness suddenly increases 10 fold, but there's always important reminders of my childhood that I take back with me. As a 20 something trying to figure out my life day by day, embracing the inner child in me is something I continue to acknowledge and focus on. We all have the little kid version of ourselves inside, so let's make em' proud. Che...
The Art of Figuring it Out
Переглядів 221Місяць тому
For anyone who feels stuck, lost without a map, or antsy in their day to day, this is a small reminder we're all figuring it out. The 20s have been a trying time for me, and I still continue to experiment, iterate, and learn more about myself and the world every single day. I constantly need to remind myself to stay process oriented instead of results driven, and today marks a concrete start to...

Hi! Just a feedback from fellow UA-camr- I suggest avoiding abrupt shots in which the face pops up in the camera or angles of the camera which don’t follow straight lines. Also I suggest avoid adding too much text in the video (such as at the start if the video here) and prefer Voiceovers instead because viewers don’t prefer to read much!

I'm shocked that you only have 30 subs, i really liked the vid ! also did you think the clothing was like expensive or average in the pricing in japan??? (sorry for my bad english)

Thank you so much for being early on my YT journey haha ❤ compared to US prices I thought things were really reasonable. I didn’t do much luxury good items, mostly the chains like GU and Uniqlo, but pants were around $16-24, shirts around $15. Onitsuka Tigers $120, Mizuno Wave Rider 10s $105.

    Where is the stamp store?

    • @TheChenLens
      @TheChenLens 8 днів тому

It’s called “Shinimonogurui” in Nippori (in Tokyo). The small stamp is 2600 yen and it takes about 30 mins to make, I def recommend :)

Going home is a necessary experience when living in a place like LA. It’s a reminder of the upbringing that allowed you to become who you are today. Just gotta make sure the trip isn’t too long cause then you’ll realize why you left 😂

Wow, everything in here was just spoken so beautifully and accurate. I’ve felt so, “lost” isn’t the right word? but just “strange” recently. Yeah I’m “working”, but it just doesn’t feel like enough. I’m a very creative person as well, but I often find myself putting off art projects until it’s too late in the day to start them and repeat the cycle. There is so much I want to make, so many things I want to try in terms of hobbies and general life experiences, it’s just hard to get past that weird mental barrier of “starting”. And I think I know what I want to do in terms of career, but I’ve always been so unstable in terms of fluctuating interests and wants that it’s hard to know if I’ll like this thing forever. Thank you for making and sharing this, going to try and come back to this when I feel “stuck” or discouraged to start something.

Appreciate all of your words so much. We're gonna continue to grow and figure things out one day at a time. 100p feel you on that mental barrier... and it's been something I continue to work on to get past. I'm proud of you, we got this!
