Welcome to my channel. I'm in the logistics industry in the Bay Area, I partner with companies such as Uber and Lyft and provide rideshare services for them. I also partner with delivery companies Door Dash, Grubhub, UberEats, and Amazon Flex on a lesser scale. Catch me as I showcase my trips around San Francisco in my longterm vehicle the Hyundai Ioniq 5. Previously I was using a Ford Mustang MachE which I have returned as I found a the Ioniq 5 to be a better platform for my needs.

Here's my take of the changing rideshare industry in San Francisco. Waymo is expanding with a recent $5 Billion dollar investment to Waymo. I believe we will see more Waymo cars in San Francisco and decrease the demand for human drivers.

I had a 3 day work week this past week and I was able to reach my goal of 50 trips with Lyft to earn my $150 EV bonus.

I hustled and I was able to complete my 50 trip goal for the week and I even did #51 that took me closer to my crib. I was able to secure my bonuses for the week and I'm not working Sunday.

San Francisco Airport Citation | I got a ticket at SFO but Uber Paid for it

The airport gave me a ticket for a minor infraction that was out of my control. There wasn't a space to legally stop and drop off a rider and it took less than 60 seconds to receive a ticket. SFO is setting us up for tickets that's beyond our control.

Lyft announced their Q2 Earnings report and overall bookings increased from last year but they missed on key revenue data. Lyft stock took a dive on this report but Q3 is expected to trend higher than last year.

it's summer and demand is on the lower side to the rideshare companies are just giving low rates and drivers need to be accountable in the trips they accept. If it's too low don't do it and set a standard for yourselves.
Cruise Robotaxi Graveyard in San Francisco
