Nano-Hydroxyapatite Convinced me that Toothpaste Matters
Переглядів 4,6 тис.3 місяці тому
I have always been indifferent when it came to the toothpaste I used. However after this 30 day experiment with Nano-Hydroxyapatite Toothpaste, my mind has changed on the impact that toothpaste can have on oral hygiene. Mini correction in the video, it DOES whiten teeth through remineralization. I misread the study! Links: www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC10562112/ www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/...

Hello, could you tell me how long should l rinse my mouth with xylitol - l mix xylitol and warm water and make my own mouthwash
Thanks for addressing the tooth sensitivity part. I don't see anyone else mentioning it. I had a similar experience as well. My guess is that some bateria actually likes Xylitol and they mass produce and damage teeth.
You first brush your teeth and then use coconut oil or the oposite
Very informative. Many thanks!
I use xylitol chewing sugar free gums for bad breath after meals, any thoughts on that?
i dont floss ok maybe a month before the 6 month checkup. I water pik and sometimes oil pull. I have had no cavities since 2020
Learn how to normalize your volume, please
Have you tried Himalayan brand? 1st two ingredients are calcium bicarbonate and then xylitol. This is my toothpaste of choice. Gives teeth pearly smooth feeling and less expensive than ha toothpaste. Curious to know how they compare. Note: I've not tried the ha toothpaste.
Be aware it is deadly to dogs
what did you use to oil pull? if coconut oil you are really killing both good and bad bacteria
🐮 is great to hear your thoughts in this matter, since yesterday I was exploring best alternatives for myself which didn't really lead to anywhere since I'm still using GIMP. I know is not the best replacement for Photoshop but I can do everything I need, is free and opened source (which I really like, since I'm a dev involved in the OS space)
I'll defenitely go to Japan one day ... such a rich culture
What is the ratio for the oil and erythritol mix you make?
omg, 15 minutes? who on earth have that much time...
15 minutes?? wow lol
This oral care system could work but doesn't mean it's healthy. All the toxic ingredients that are put in listerine and crest toothpaste is being absorbed in the body and are affecting various organs. What are those toxins doing to the liver? The kidneys? The pancreas? The digestive system? What if you develop other health issues due to an overabundance of using these toxins? Something has to be affected. A holistic professional may have better insight but its worth considering.
I wanted to try xylitol gum, but the only ones available are loaded with sugar. I also want to try pure xylitol, but the only options I could find are from China, so that's a no.
💚
Once I felt like I was having stones in my stomach to the point I could not live a normal life with it. Unfortunately I could not get diagnosed.I was really desperate and tried to heal it myself with food or supplements. I also ate a lot of xylitol and after that it disappeared. I found one study where it helped with tumors, so maybe I had sth like that.
Last one I heard is glycerine for bad breath.
Bad breath almost ruin my relationship and social life 💔 I tried different mouth wash and visited different dentist, but all to no avail😭 I almost gave up, I got cured after using Dr.Emovon on UA-cam product, I give it a try and within two (2) days, my breath became cleaner and fresher. Most importantly, my bad breath is gone now and hasn't returned ever since I stopped using the product..🙏🙏🙏🙏
I used erythritol and xylitol. My teeth were more whiter with xylitol and erythritol works faster . You can see black lines reducing faster than xylitol.
does it also help with gum health or is it just for teeth health
I can only get Xylitol crystals online in Thailand...but plenty gum available in 7/11
Sometimes you just have to have belief. I believe in dr. Ellie !
I can't visualize images very well at all (and any amount i might be able to takes a ton of effort). But I've always loved reading and still do. I don't see anything when i read a book but i still experience the story in a meaningful way
Thank you so much for this video. It defintely helps me to think things through before I delve into this system. If it did help with plaque it would be a Godsend for me. But not sure I need to use ALL of these products twice a day. I will try some of them and the Xylitol for sure and her brushing technique to see if it makes a difference on my next dental visit. Have you yourself tried all of these and if so, what do you think?
Thanks for this great information. Also I love your bonsai tree.
Got here after watching your “best oils” video. Gonna try the concoction!
Even if you spit out the xylitol, keeping it in your mouth for around 3 to 5 minutes is enough time for it to be absorbed into the body through your mouth, because the inside lining of the mouth can absorb nutrients directly; which is the reason why some vitamin drops, and even some drugs are placed under the tongue to be dissolved and absorbed into the bloodstream through the tissues; offering quick results. So the xylitol that you dissolve in your mouth with your saliva, and also the left overs after you spit it out are going to be absorbed, and if you repeat this process 3 to 5 times per day; your body would be absorbing a good amount of xylitol everyday; so if you believe that consuming xylitol internally is harmful to the body and was associated with heart issues or stroke; then you might wanna keep that in mind, because even if you spit it out, a good amount will end up inside the body.
I buy xylitol in 1kg bags sourced from birch tree bark in Finland and it's not expensive. After seeing Dr Ellie saying that you can use it to brush your teeth i've been doing that after normal brushing with toothpaste and a rinse. A vitamin tablet bottle is great for keeping some in and I just shake the excess water off the brush and then dip it into the crystals ready to brush again. After and during that second brushing I swallow because i've also seen that some xylitol in your gut also helps to get rid of the bad bacteria there, just like in your mouth.
Will this work for tartar? And early tooth decay?
I dont like the system isn't modular.. I have found my body doesn't appreciate alcohol mouthwash.. according to Dr zellie the system is dogs hit without every item. Preferably I would introduce each item individually and add them into my routine consecutively as i can prove their effectiveness... she should really create and release a conflation of these products if she is so confident in their interaction because using 5 products concurrently to determine any positive performance is oppressive and prohibitive
interesting. I've been chewing the gum for 30 mins plus. my thought process was the longer its in the mouth the better. Do you think its best to just spit it out after 2 mins and are you doing this to negate the effects of xylitol consumption?
Brewing habits?
Thanks for the great video. I only have a simple follow up question: what to do when I go out drinking? For instance during a night when I drink 5-7 beers in about 4 hours. Is beer a drink that also triggers the bacteria growth? Should I introduce a "pause" lets say once after every couple beers to use xylitol and then continue? Or is it enough to do so at the very end of the evening? Thanks a lot for the answer
Tried this, so simple yet so effective! Thanks for sharing!
I loved your video! I accidentally stumbled upon the benefits of Xylitol about 6 months ago by watching videos by Dr. Ellie. I don't follow her system in it's entirety, but I have still been absolutely blown away by the results I've had in such a relatively short period of time. I feel like 6 months of using Xylitol has rolled back 10 plus years of damage in my gums and teeth!
Thank you for the video. I believe that we can have the best of both worlds😊Oil pulling in the morning and evening...and xylitol (pulling or mints / gum after a meal. I think I will try xylitol pulling before bed instead of the oil and see which works best for me. It's all a matter of timing and how you personally organize your day😊Wherever you are: Health and happiness to you❣️
Thanks!
if you keep drinking water constantly it flushes away your saliva which is the substance that helps remineralise your teeth, try not to have water for an hour after chewing zellies gum.
If this video is really meant for All good, Why is this video not censored by UA-cam. I’ve got another question for you : why do no dentist on Earth talk about Xylitol ? Thank you in advance for your reply.

😆 I can find the gum...but not the crystals...
Does Xylitol cause cancer?
Recently went for cleaning and came out with incredibly sensitive gums, immediately used waterpik, and grabbed Coco oil to start swirling. I've heard about it many times but was always too lazy to get on with it. I'm tree days in and absolutely love how my mouth feels after. I'm going to stick with it. Also I swirl it as long as I can, if I need to spit it out sooner, cool, I take a break and grab a fresh scoop and continue. Next cleaning appointment in six months so I'm curious what will the comments be haha
After using the Dr Ellie for 8 months straight, the results are a big nothing, don't waste your time money and especially hope.
Why not do both...?
I’ve finally tried it for the first time. I have rheumatoid arthritis and gum disease came with it. I drink so much coffee. Teeth feel so clean, the hard gooey ball is the worse part of it lol then it’s fine. Will do it daily, and see how we go. I can’t afford my yearly clean this year
Have you tried drinking using pure homemade ginger tea?? You should add it as another experiment. I rinse it for 30s to 1 minute and drink some now and then since it's highly inflammatory and has loads of anti-oxidants. Unfortunately it still falls a bit short from oil pulling because oils have lipids that trap and isolate bacteria making it easier to flush them away.
