Maam his brother died somewhere in 1805 so i think.......
21:06 correction to be made: there were 12 original titans and one of them was Cronus the father Zeus. So rather than being demigods titans were the predecessors of gods.
We can also highlight here the implicit meaning of protest in this poem through the frustration and anger of the speaker when he describes the greatness of man and God’s creation. How can this immortal body end and disappear in this way?
Mam please do topics of pgtrb

Ma'am Please upload a video on 'Of masques and triumphs '
Respected Ma'am, please make videos on 'History of English Literature' and 'Literary Criticism and Theory'. I think most of us find these topics to be quite challenging. It'll be really helpful for us if you make videos on it since there is no one but you who can make us understand these topics.
Namaste ma'am g❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you mam❤

Maam is it 33 or 32 stanzas I could only spot 32 in this poem😮
Anyone else crying in the corner at 0:00? My class has to make a presentation about the Lake Poets and I got the part about Dejection: An Ode. I am not even a native English speaker, but I couldn't find a single video explaining the poem in my native language, so here I am. What absolutely crushes my soul is the fact that everything I learn from this video will have to be translated by me, and I know for sure that it is going to be a real pain because it's not the first time :') Trust me when I say that finding the most fitting synonym of the original translation of some words is so difficult at times that it takes, like, 5 minutes
And "My faith in you as the best teacher redeems me from ignorance..." Thank you so much ma'am... -An ardent follower of your classes...

Poem: Busy old fool, unruly sun, Why dost thou thus, Through windows, and through curtains call on us? Must to thy motions lovers' seasons run? Saucy pedantic wretch, go chide Late school boys and sour prentices, Go tell court huntsmen that the king will ride, Call country ants to harvest offices, Love, all alike, no season knows nor clime, Nor hours, days, months, which are the rags of time. Thy beams, so reverend and strong Why shouldst thou think? I could eclipse and cloud them with a wink, But that I would not lose her sight so long; If her eyes have not blinded thine, Look, and tomorrow late, tell me, Whether both th' Indias of spice and mine Be where thou leftst them, or lie here with me. Ask for those kings whom thou saw'st yesterday, And thou shalt hear, All here in one bed lay. She's all states, and all princes, I, Nothing else is. Princes do but play us; compared to this, All honor's mimic, all wealth alchemy. Thou, sun, art half as happy as we, In that the world's contracted thus. Thine age asks ease, and since thy duties be To warm the world, that's done in warming us. Shine here to us, and thou art everywhere; This bed thy center is, these walls, thy sphere.
