@EDVDompteur Vielen Dank für Ihre netten Worte und Ihre Idee! Ich werde auf jeden Fall darüber nachdenken, daraus ein einstündiges Meditationsvideo zu erstellen.

@@soniclovejournal das ist gar nicht notwenig, im Gegenteil! Es ist besser, die Videos so kurz zu lassen, wie sie sind, aber halt darauf zu achten, dass sie in einer Loop möglichst "nahtlos" abspielbar sind. So errecihst Du übrigens enorm hohe Viewtime! Ich mache es häufig so, dass ich geeignete Videos die ganze Nacht hindurch abspiele. Eher ungeeignet dazu wären einstündige Videos. Denn eine Stunde reicht mir oft nicht zum Einschlafen und dann würde das Video plötzlich enden, noch bevor ich in die Luzide Phase gelangt bin (oder mitten in der luziden Phase, was dann nervt!). Videos für den Schlaf sollten entweder tauglich für die Loop sein, oder sie müssen mindestens vier, besser sogar acht bis 10 Stunden lang sein. Es macht aber überhaupt keinen Sinn ein Lied wie dieses hier künstlich auf acht bis 10 Stunden aufzublähen. Es gibt hier ja sowieso keine Abwechslung in der Melodie. Vier bis fünf Minuten reichen daher völlig, sofern das jeweilige Lied gut für die Loop taugt, also keine Pausen am Anfang und Ende hat. Ein kurzes Video spart auch Bandbreite beim Internet-Traffic, selbst wenn man es loopt. Wohingegen für ein stundenlanges Video ständig Daten durchs Internet fließen müssen. Also bitte keine unnötig langen Videos kreieren! - Danke!

@michaelviccica1138 Hi! That's a great question. When I first started out, I took time to just play all the notes and really listen to how they sound, feel and get really familiar with them. After that, I'd pick two notes, and slowly mix, match and hear how they balance, complement or create dissonance when played together. It's all about listening, internalising and feeling the notes - then using them to express yourself. Keep going! You can do it!
