I cant find baby portabello - is it ok to use the big ones?
You can use regular mushrooms, the key is small mushrooms not the big ones, but next week I’m posting a video “chicken stuffed portobellos” for that I use the big ones

Thank you for video. Looks great :D! Does it matter what bread is used for the crumbs? Should I set the bread out to dry out? Also, so if 7 fillets, would need 3 plates to dredge, y? Any suggestions on how to keep first fillets warm, so they won’t cook/dry out? Thank you
What type of breadcrumbs is your decision, you can use one plate, just coat in batches per the video, good luck, thanks for the feedback
