Hey what’s up everyone, welcome to the description. This video is a special one for me, working with my mom (owner of Lulindas) on a fun little project. Here’s a little backstory about this video
After working at my mom’s salon (Lulindas) for some time, I suggested to my mom to keep improving things to grow the business to benefit her in the long run. Lulindas has been a family owned business for over 30 years. Since Covid there has been a change in management, my mom was the only person left in charge of Lulindas and then I came in to the industry. I’ve worked with her together to keep it going (not saying I was the main reason because my mom did sacrifice a lot) and it’s had its ups and downs
Now it was time for a more modernized feel, something to keep Lulindas going and we at first decided to make it a barbershop salon hybrid. After some complications of business structure we have decided to just keep it a salon. This video is the remodeling process of Lulindas trying to make adjustments. Running a business isn’t an easy task but with the right team things can function smoother. Now time has past and I’ve decided to branch out on my own to eventually open up my own shop in the near future (with inspiration from my mom)
