Great cover. The little background melody in the later part of the song reminds me totally of the one famous song from the one episode of "Scrubs" (the tv show with JD, the young doctor and such) from the musician Colin Hay. I think the song name was "Overkill". Great tune, check it out, if you don't know it and reply if you hear the similarity in the melody I mean. xD

Bro for a part time drummer not too bad. Keep in mind your trying to compete with guys who play hours everyday. You could use (if not) click track for learning to keep better tempo. As others have said eliminate drums on play back. Also either swivel kick or heel toe kick. So your kicks are faster and easier to play. Takes practice but once learned. It will take you to another level. But as long as your having a blast. Keep on pounding cause that is all that matters. Much love bro.
