I created this trailer as my final piece for my motion graphics brief. The theme was 'unconditional love' therefore I decided to base my project on the strongest unconditional love there is. The love shared between a mother and her children.

Continuing on the theme of Unconditional Love, I decided that The Great Gatsby was a perfect example of this. Regardless of the conditional love shared between Daisy and Jay, Nick stays loyal to Jay throughout the film, presenting his unconditional love for his friend.

In this brief I was required to create a fictional show, and create a trailer for it. I decided to focus on my previous project for the content - focussing on people's perceptions of these 'perfect' images and how they strived for the same aesthetic. This trailer illustrates the change from the presented image to the original image.

The brief was to create a title sequence for the fictional show named 'words matter'. This project was a large learning curve in terms of getting used to using After Effects in an effective and efficient way. I'm really pleased with the way this turned out.

This was awesome. The fast-paced shots of each actor/actress along with the appearing text style remind me of the first couple of episodes in Season 1, where they were still experimenting and had not settled down on the specific style we saw later on for the rest of the series' opening credits. It is refreshing to see fan-made opening credits in this style, and the whole choice of clips used throughout the video was astonishing. Well done James.

Loved this show and especially this theme tune. I started re watching charmed recently on amazon prime as all 8 seasons are on there anyway I've noticed they have changed the theme tune does anyone know why? This original theme tune was awesome why mess with it. The one that's being used now sucks in comparison sigh...
