South Cove is a nice place for a quick picnic, swimming, fishing, boating trip if you are in South Carolina. It is also an hour's drive away from Lake Jocassee and the Blue Ridge Mountains.

We're going on a swimming/picnic trip to South Cove County Park in Seneca. It's in Lake Keowee, which is down south of Lake Jocassee. Entrance fee for a day is just $3.
