You don't need to tip, but the service is much better when you do, especially around the pools, the only excursion we did was the monkey one, it wasn't too expensive

Michael pound You had a lucky escape ! My friend went to Cape Verde . The airport is tiny and basically a hut . You have to queue outside in the scorching heat to get to a kiosk where immigration check your passport . Cape Verde is full of cats. So they are in the restaurants and everywhere you eat. All the resorts have them . The reason being they have a huge rodent problem ( rats and mice) . So they need the cats! I think that you’ll have a much better time in Punta Cana . That’s just my opinion .....each to their own!

@@cherrymetha3185 I know people who've been to Cape Verde and had a brilliant time. I've been to punta cana and Puerto plata before both great but better beaches punta cana side. Where did you stay

This will be our 1st time to Eygpt so a little unsure of what to expect. But reading the reviews about this hotel it looks all good. So take it you like Eygpt?

@@seancherry420 yes 1st time 14 years ago laguna vista then 10 years ago sun rise isle view and 8 years garden view sharks bay but all went a bit funny after the attacks But seem to be all going OK now well beside covid 19 !!! So yes like it there We stay local so don't have to pay the €20 to go out at the air port! Its not too far away and sunny all day just not been to this place so thought I'd ask I have my own UA-cam channel and get asked for help every day so thought I ask these guys

Are they holidays in Eygpt (you're videos). I've had a look on TripAdvisor people asking the same question we have asked.Some say trousers but then others say you can wear smart shorts (ie Chino style). Suppose it's a case of taking both. Will take couple pair of decent Jeans & Chino trousers & couple nice plain shirts. I'll check you tube vids out if you don't mind.

What a shame, I never went to the school as a pupil but did manage to get access granted into the building through a friend whilst the demolition was taking place, Thankfully and more so unbelievably, I was given the privilege to save the perfectly in tune baby grand piano from the main hall minutes before it got broken up and scrapped. The piano is now safe and sound in my lounge and it gets played everyday by myself. Are there any fellow pupils or teachers out there remember this wonderful instrument? Would be great to know some history on it.

@@ashbach10 I don't really know much about the piano myself but I am very glad you gave it a new life. I hope you still enjoy using it and can make the most out of it.

Sure Brett, I'm spraying it black as the sunlight from the main hall windows have damaged the varnished wood finish. I will make a video of me refurbishing it within the next year or so so I'll do a post on UA-cam for everyone to see and hear it. It is still holding in tune.
