How much will cost this?
Did you use genuine replacement chains and what's the cost for this job on a VE series 2 wagon?
Omg what a hard job
Is ur R50 already lift bro I have the same with u..ur one diesel??
Yep it is 2 inch lifted and diesel engine qd32
Whats should we expect this to approx cost from a shop
Какие параметры дисков?
Oh man this is the exact video I’ve been searching the internet for hours for and he cuts it short on the actual process. I have a broken belt and I needed to know how do I attach the new one 🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️ - hoping you can post this soon
Thanks for your comment mate.I couldn't get the video of putting the new belt, sorry for that I’ll do new video soon thanks
It’s no worries. I figured it out but I can’t seem to find the belt for my W253 model anywhere to purchase
Nice one!
Yup mines all taped up by previous owners I bet I’m loosing boost
This is very valuable
GM probably recommend to remove the transmission but can be done removing the front windscreen combing and accessing from the top.
Bolt and nut sizing information is above and beyond, sorted.
Damn it - just identified our VF is likely to have the same problem. Thank you for the video, super helpful in understanding what the cause/repair work looked like. Our pressure test showed no problems @ 26psi with no leaks appearing on the hoses. When the transmission/oil cover plate was removed, there was a reasonable amount of 'fluid' sitting on it - most likely to be coolant. Are you able to provide a price range or effort for getting this work done? Thanks again.
What a stupid design
they are meant to be an front wheel drive motor..
@@gavincrispin1436 they could have put two thermostat mouldings in the block, one for longitudinal and one for transverse mounting, then just machined it for the specific application
Do I need to remove all complete stearing ? Or I can be remove one size the inner tie rod to remove the belt complete?
Is this the same for the 3.0lt in the evoke?
Yes it is
Does this need to be tight or lose? What should be tightness on the belt and servo?
Awesome heads up thanks
Can be done removing intake and disconnecting some electrical plugs, fuel-lines, taking off the wipers and cowling = 4hr job with the right tools for those that can’t pull the transmission.
Thanks for the measurements!
cool :)
to get r50 pathfinder Rear Tyre Carrier in NZ is super rare I live in Australia and have been looking for over 10 years on and off, but no luck looks mint
Hey mate you can get to the thermostat housing by taking the windscreen cowel + intake manifold off, it’s a shitfight but I can probaby reliably do 2 in a day
there is less space in the VE model there is less space behind the engine and pretty sure it can’t be done. Cheers
@@R50-Waikato i do ve/vf all the time, give it a shot. never done it on a vz personally
I've done to many ve & vf I prefer ve and could do 2 easily a day probably crack three.
@@R50-Waikato just done the neighbours vf sv6,3 to 4 hours pretty sure it can be done.
Excellent explanation and good tips. Remember to add a description to the video and include hashtags so the right people can find your video. These kinds of videos will become very popular as Holdens become rarer so make sure you're making them easy for your audience to find 😊
Hey man awesome video! Just a note maybe less music and more of the car noises and random chats with the lads would be in my opinion be more enjoyable to watch! Keep up the good videos!!
Helpful info, there is a couple tools available that holds the cams in place so they don’t move I believe, would be advisable to grab them before undertaking this operation for sure🤙🇦🇺
love the part where you skipped the rest of your removal process.
AKA SHAFTOLI BORMI 😅😅😅😅 💯 👍👍
Oi kill the music next time! You're plenty entertaining on your own mate, I can't hear shit.
How did you get past the slip?
would love to know this too
Hi, we had to U turn at the slip and go back. The slip was roughly 2/3 way through. Cheers
Soon as I saw 8.41 for a timing chain, I new this is a waste of a time.
4ôúř thattzz be a good pPricés
а усилитель ты поставил?
Qd32 turbo are same size with td27 turbine
Yes it is
Nice work bro
Thanks
Where did you get the spare tire swing arm?
It’s an actual Nissan Pathfinder rear tire Carrier. My 97 came with it from the factory, it even has a light on the dash that shows it’s open and the trunk isn’t.
Wow superb
Hi, the spare wheel carrier does not lock and can be opened anytime. The tailgate however does lock. This is factory. Thanks
are those types that wide or do you have spacers they look pushed out
Hi, no spacers- thanks
Are the timing marks for LFX engine the same as the LLT engine? I saw this is a LFX and mines a LLT.
Yes
Woah🥺💥
That was really cool! We finally get to see the face behind the voice haha Some of it looks really technical, it would've been cool to have some voice overs so you can talk us through the tough bits and add some context. Would love to see a video of the team, then we can meet the people behind the camera(s) 😊 Great video guys looking forward to seeing some more 👏
Also the master blaster haha and the unreliable Toyota 😂
Wonderful❤👍🚙
Supiri bro❤️👍🚙
Waw
How’s you get to the back to secure the rack to the car after drilling?
Look at the smiles 😂
Awesome bro..
am in new zealend
Looking forward to part 2.. might be cool to experiment with some voiceover work soon. Very clear instructions which is cool 😊
Hahaha turbo won't get you out of a rut. You need skill 😏
We wouldn’t get stuck in a rut to start with 😝👍
