Moving a Slide Bolt | Rustic Falcon Ranch
This has been a problem for a while...I finally fixed it! The slide bolt on my shop was installed so close to the wall, you couldn't get a decent lock in it when closed. Now it's fixed!

Packing Trailer Bearings | Rustic Falcon Ranch
Переглядів 153 роки тому
Today I had to pack some trailer bearings. And I remembered to record the last one! Just wish I'd remembered to record the whole thing... But here's a quick video on how to pack trailer bearings with a bearing packing tool. I borrowed this one from my friend JD, and I need to buy one of my own! I found a similar one on Amazon (no, they don't sponsor me, nobody does) here: www.amazon.com/dp/B000...

These doorlocks are expensive! And why replace it if you can fix it? Take a look, and my apologies for the shaky video...my videographer is eight! But she did great. :) Now, on a serious note, my apologies for not posting for a LONG time. No excuses. Just haven't....sorry. I'll try to fix that! Have a great day! I hope this video helps someone else out there!

We had a bit of an emergency at Rustic Falcon Ranch...we couldn’t wash clothes anymore! The washer had an error code, F02, and wouldn’t drain. So here’s how we fixed it! (If this was smellivision, I’d have to put a disclaimer on this video!)
Reviving an old Simplicity Walk-Behind Tractor/Plow | Rustic Falcon Ranch
Переглядів 5 тис.6 років тому
At Rustic Falcon Ranch, we love reviving old things! This is a mid-1930’s - 1950’s era Simplicity Tractor/Plow. We bought it cheap as yard art, essentially, but it had good compression, and I’d much rather USE this than look at it! There were some mistakes made, but the end result was phenomenal. Take a look, like, and subscribe. Thanks and enjoy!

Goat Milking Stantion | Rustic Falcon Ranch
Thank you for the video. I messed mine up taking it apart and this video saved me $60 and got my washer running tonight.
Thank you ! for specifying Torx size! Makes in that much easier.
Nice Job DAD. Thanks for the great video. So I took my door lock apart yesterday and as I was assembling it back together again I forgot what was the position of the long metal connections. I was not able to find any videos where they actually repair the lock itself, only replacing. Your video helped me reassemble it the proper way. Thank you again and thanks to the camera lady. I can tell she is proud of her daddy, and she should be. I don't think an idiot would have been able to fix that door lock.
Just had this issue and used this video to fix it. Nice job sir! Thank you. 44 cents, a favorite guitar pick, 2 buttons, what appeared to be 3 iron on patches and, a wad of some fabric I couldn't identify. 😅
Thank you. Thank you VERY much.
It would have been really nice if you had shown how to get the front panel off
Thank you so much for the video! Saved me a bunch!
Shaking out clothes b4 washing them will greatly reduce this from happening....?
This video taught me what I needed to know to fix my washer, so thank you!
this video is pointless should have showed us how to take off the front face panel
KIds cute, but leave them out of training videos please.
Why?
Why is yhere so much water?!
Because the washer tub wouldn't drain due to the blockage in the filter.
I did this when I first moved into my house and the previous owners never cleaned it I’m sure. Made me gag it’s so smelly.
I need to do this. Trying to figure out how to get the front off. Also mine sits on the floor so it’s not as easy to get a bucket underneath.
I am sorry but that was the nastiest filter clean out I have seen. Did you even rinse and clean out the filter box before putting it back in ? Another thing shaking off the hay on your clothes before you throw them in wash will help the life of your washer. Another thing if you don't want mold or a smelly washer keep the door open when not running and stop using liquid softer use vinegar instead.
Was definitely bad. We bought it used from another farmer, not sure what they did. It's hard to say if my wife, before that time, shook out stuff before putting it in the wash. But we all do now! But if I knew then what I know now about septic, I'd have never put it down the toilet!
Better solution.... Offer up your ass to a man and he'll take care of the maintenance for you.
Thank you! Was able to get the washer fixed in about 30 minutes
How to you get the door off and front panel off?
It's been a long time since I made this video, but I believe I paused and put arrows to the screws. If not, oops :)
Very easy to follow video. Love that you included your kid. Made me smile when they were telling where stuff is.
Kid distracting.sorry
I did not even know this existed on my washer until one of those Watch videos showed up. I'll be checking mine to prevent that buildup. We live on a farm and likely have some seeds sprouting. Thank you. I have an older washer different brand front loader and know how to drain that one, and probably should after so many years. Maybe it will work after all. I just need some snap ring pliers.
I learned a lot from your video, and I am hoping to run a load yet today. You are lucky that your camera lady was keeping a close eye on you, and she sounds very smart, and hopefully she is getting involve in STEM at her school so she can continue teaching you as the two of you work together. Good job dad!
I wish you could have shown how to open it first. Because I can't find a way
If I still had the washer, I'd make a follow up for that...but it died a horrible death a couple years ago!
Thank You so much for this video! I don't think my filter has been cleaned , ever.... My washer serial number has a s02 at the end of it. So useful.
I would not recommend flushing the lint & gunk that was stuck to the filter down the toilet because you could stuff up your toilet pipes. Water - yes, lint and gunk - no.
Agreed. If I knew then what I know now about septic (had to put in a whole new septic last year), I'd have never done that!
How long is it good for in the fridge?
Probably about 2-3 weeks. Maybe a little longer? Been a couple years since we milked, so my memory's a bit foggy.
Do you need to pasterize goat milk before drinking it ?
No, just filter. Pasteurization removes lipase, and with it gone, those who are lactose intolerant can't take it. Lots of other nutrients are kept in when it's raw as well. However, you need to test your milk through a lab regularly and make sure your bacteria levels are low, test your goats to make sure they don't have diseases regularly. Whatever may be wrong with them will go into the milk. If they're all healthy, and if you keep their teats clean, and use a clean process for milking and storing, raw milk is very beneficial.
Mine is just like that, i can't get it to turn counter clockwise, is there some kind of tool to help with turning it ?
Straight muscle. If you can fit it in there, maybe a pair of pliers or channel locks?
Now he has to unclog his plumbing with that fibrous clog
Definitely. If I knew then what I know now about septic, I'd have never have done that!
Thanks for posting this! Very helpful!
I love how involved your baby on! Future MR. FIXIT UA-camR IN TRAINING! LOVE IT!
👏👏👏👏👏
Found this on an f02 google, and you gave me my first morning smile. Thanks. Thanks also for including the bits that other videos often neglect, like where the fasteners are hidden!
Dumbest thing you can do this dump the clump of algae down the toliet... At least throw that away and dump just the wayer
Agreed. I did a bad thing there.
@RusticFalcon sorry to come off mean. I'm sure you knew but you forgot because you were focus on clearing the washer. I tend to do that. Just tryna finish the work and relax
@@tradeswithjohnnie No, at the time I knew nothing about septic and what it could do...about a year ago I had to put in a whole new septic system. I definitely don't recommend putting that stuff down the toilet.
How many bowls of salad were jammed into someone's pants pockets because they didn't want to eat it, that that trap was so full?
Great video! Thank you!! I was super stoned laughing outloud at the commentary. 😂
Not all whirlpool washers have the drain on the front. Some are best accessed from the rear panel. Check their first since it’s easier to access
What the hell was putting in there lol
Very nice video. Definitely seemed like filing the connection was the key in my case. Thanks for going through this in detail.
Thank you sir! Did exactly as you did. Didn't want to spend or wait on a new door latch.
My man will clog the bathroom now 😋. (Thanks for the video though. I didn’t know about that)
DON'T put it down the toilet. If I knew then what I know now about septic (I had to put in a whole new septic a year ago), I'd have NEVER done that.
Not a dumb video at all, because it fixed my problem!
what tool do you use to remove that front panel??
Looks good how many gears and is this one have reverse
Only one gear, no reverse.
Oh my goodness! Thank you! I found your video after searching the error code my 2007 Whirlpool Duet was flashing. It had all but stopped draining and it was taking hours to get one load finished. After fumbling around getting the little screws out, then almost flooding my laundry room - shop vac saved the day - my washer is fixed and running like new! I've been doing a little celebration dance all day! This saved me at least $1,000 and I didn't even have to buy a part!
I threw up for you don't worry 🥱🤢🤧😁
It's not dumb, it was a video that will help all of us do it your selfers out here so, Thanx!
Do I unplug the water lines too or just the plug
Thank you for this video. It helped me a great deal. Especially to know what size torx bit for the screws!
yikes
Looks like someone washed their collard greens in the washing machine. I've known people that cleaned out an old washer (of the detergents) and dedicated it for washing greens.
