My havak element in 7mm prc is absolutely incredible. The price point at first was hard to stomach, worth every cent for the quality and supporting an American company and American workers.

If I’m going to put a suppressor on this unit do I test it and set the gas block with suppressor installed or put it in after gas block is set?

I absolutely love my HIT Rifle and PH2 my PH2 has a BUTTER SMOOTH bolt but my HIT bolt is super catchy like it sticks constantly. My PH2 has zero problems but the HIT is the complete opposite like it is supper sticky when running the bolt. Aside from that the HIT is the best thing ive had since the first time i touched a boob.

So, the adjustment screw is not accessible thru my hand guard. Neither do I have a bullet trap (as shown in the video). Seem the only option is to remove the hand guard, go to a range, shoot in the GENERAL direction of the backstop until I get the setting correct. Then go home and reassemble the hand guard. Then go back to the range and (re)zero the rifle. Do I have this about right?

We can’t see what you are doing! Slow down! And make sure the camera can see what you are doing! I have a brand new gun and my bolt came in the fire position, I think, I’m not sure because you didn’t show us what it looked like. So what I got out of it is you need REALLY STRONG HANDS or you do something with a key chain or a boot lace. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! $2400 and I have to use a key chain or a boot lace?

Is it essential to hit the bench with the drill bit while doing this?😂

Just picked up a ph2 and in no way is it that easy to take down the bolt. I have to man handle the $&#% out of it to get it back together. My HAVAK Hits bolt is the same way. They are absolutely nasty accurate but the bolts are no where near that easy to put together. Also my HITs bolt is not smooth at all it binds when racking a new round in. I love everything about it except that. The bolt on my ph2 is butter smooth though.

What's the OD of these and what's the muzzle diameter on your current production SP10's?

Say the gas block gets carbon locked, is there anywhere on the lever that a tool or bullet tip can get in to apply additional work and leverage to get it unstuck?

Had my bolt shroud somehow slip into fired position on elk hunt 2 weeks ago after first shot. I had not seen this video yet and could not figure out what was going on. Luckily had a 1 shot kill on my bull, but this design feature seems to favor easier disassembly than field reliability. I would prefer the later. The only thing that is giving me second thoughts about this gun.

stripped the timing nut with a cresent wrench after getting a 7/8'' thinking it was for the nut. Don't understand why to not just use the right size instead lol
